Intro to Climbing is a great way to start building your climbing skills. This convenient 90-minute course is designed to teach you the essential elements of vertical movement, allowing you to get climbing right away
We'll teach you:
- how to balance on your feet
- shift your weight without falling
- move upward without sapping all your strength
The skills you build in this class will become the cornerstones of your climbing repertoire, on which more advanced movement technique is built.
Completion of this course will allow you to easily climb a wide variety of terrain at Origin, including hundreds of boulder problems and auto-belay routes.
